the 2009 season as it is coming to an end and, Looking forward to 2010.

close the season STRONG!

The things I have learned over the past season and a half is that a Crew Chief's job is
HARD and demanding, especially when you have to work a day job to!

I have learned that a Crew Chief is not just a Crew Chief. A Crew Chief wears MANY hats
Like:

1. Crew Chief
2. Mechanic
3. Driver
4. Promoter
5. Marketer
6. General Manager

But it is not just the Crew Chief that makes a successful team. It is a good crew. Driver(s),
Co-Drivers, Mechanics, General Help EVERYONE.

Remember, if you want to the best there is at what you do, practice, Practice, PRACTICE!

Its the only way you will iron out the kinks, grow as an athlete and as a team.

Finishing 4th place in one of the main races and getting the first top 5 finish of the season
makes you hungry for more! Leaving you to wonder, what could we have done different to
get 3rd? or even what do we need to do to get first place?

Like life, any sport is unexpected. You have slumps, luck streaks (both good and bad) and
just plain circumstance. But the one thing we try to do is NEVER lose our focus. Always
keep your eyes on the prize. How can you be the best that you can be at what you do?

After some fuel system issues and othe chassis gremlins seeming to plague all of our
cars, things are looking up and getting on track.

Well, we've started the 09 season and have only been to the drag track once. We've been
out to the dirt Track about half dozen and even managed an 8th place finish with a less
than skeleton crew. Almost everyone has had allergies or it has just been plain rain outs.

Hopefully heading in to May we'll have a lot more action to bring everyone.

track with limited budgets and the bad economy.

Hey Everybody!

I know its been a long time, we've had major issues over last season and we are curently
setting up some new cars. I hop you like what we have coming.
